    Learn customized mobility, stretching and myofascial release techniques customized to you. Afterward, we'll send you your routine digitally.

  • Kayla Crocker, LMT & CPT

    With over 7 years’ experience to develop her craft, Kayla’s unique massage style combines Swedish, deep-tissue, myofascial, trigger point, positional release, cupping, and relaxation techniques. Kayla’s two greatest passions are helping women with neck & shoulder tension and providing her clients at-home tools to help them work toward their wellness goals.
